The creators of ROI Genius are Andy Cramer and Al Farmer, serial entrepreneurs in San Francisco, who collectively have more than 60 years of experience founding and building businesses. They have helped clients with organizational issues that required clear definition, strategic solutions, and precise measurement and reporting of all data-dependent relationships.

Through Andy and Al's consultancy and the application of ROI Genius, they have taken on specific business challenges with nationally visible clients. The Company has implemented back-end and front-end business processes that generated and managed community growth of hundreds-of-thousands of leads and integrated financial budgeting, accountability and auditing procedures for their clients. ROI Genius has programmed interactive websites, eCommerce applications and multiple platform systems, including mobile web, IOT, social robotics and machine learning.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Andy Cramer is a longtime San Francisco entrepreneur with more than 40 years of hands-on business experience founding, financing and building new companies. From 1973 until 1993, Andy owned and operated a successful chain of apparel, home furnishing and lifestyle stores with stores in the San Francisco Bay Area, New Mexico and Washington State. In 1993, he founded Online Partners, an affinity group marketing company, successfully assembling and retaining an Internet community with several million active monthly members. Andy operated the company as Chairman and CEO until leaving his active role in 1999. The company went public in 2004 at a $145 million valuation. Since 1999, Andy has consulted for Fortune 500 companies, financed and founded start-ups, and worked in the healthcare, non-profit, transportation and consumer goods industries. His specialties are assembling active communities through social marketing, producing business process solutions, transforming metrics into actionable analytics and creating interactive technology that allows community members and stakeholders to engage and collaborate for mutual benefit. Andy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Al Farmer is an entrepreneur and technologist with broad experience in data architecture, engineering, development and testing. He began his technology career working for the Department of Energy's supercomputing facility at Lawrence Livermore Labs, after which he worked for IBM France in Boston, where the developed a worldwide network service business for Lotus Notes and large-scale data management systems for several Fortune 500 companies. In 1994, Al joined Softbridge, a subsidiary of Teradyne, and traveled worldwide to deploy testing systems for Fortune 500 companies in the banking, insurance and transit industries. In 1998 he relocated to San Francisco to become CTO at Hear Music, a retail music company that created innovative interactive music experiences. Starbucks Coffee Company purchased the company in 1999. Since 1999, Al has worked with various companies including Bare Escentials, Talking Drum, a children's cellular network company and Bulabay, an interactive community shopping network, which he founded and applied for a transaction and interaction - based patent under his name. He has financed and founded startups with his partner Andy, acting as CTO and CIO and systems architect. Al received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
